Manual Lymphatic Drainage/Post Op
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, MLD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from surgery and injury, helping reduction of swelling, pain and discomfort.

Mu-Xing & Hot Stone Therapy
Experience the ultimate relaxation and tension relief with our 60 or 90-minute "Sticks and Stones" Massage. This luxurious session incorporates the soothing warmth of hot stones and the therapeutic benefits of bamboo to melt away stress and muscle tension. Quick Fix Upper Body Massage
Discover the benefits of condensed therapeutic sessions, expertly designed for individuals seeking rapid relaxation. This 30-minute service utilizes targeted techniques to effectively alleviate pain and tension, ensuring prompt relief.
Body Scrub

Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This will relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.

We have a Strict & Enforced Appointment Cancellation Policy.
This time is scheduled just for you and only you which is why a credit card on file is required to reserve and guarantee your appointment.
Cancellation Notice:
Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK. There is no fee if notification is given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
We understand that emergencies can occur. If you find yourself in an unexpected situation, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
We require at least 48-hour notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a fee of 50% of the reserved service cost. This helps cover the gap in our schedule and ensures we can continue providing exceptional service to all our clients.
No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the missed service cost. This fee will be charged on the credit card on file. This fee must be paid in full before you can schedule any future appointments. No-shows represent a significant loss of time and resources, and we must uphold this policy to maintain fairness for all clients.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.
Arriving Late:
Out of respect and consideration of everyone's time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 10 minutes early for any appointment in order to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, We can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment, and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.
CONFIRMATION TEXTS
As a courtesy, because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks in advanced, I will text and confirm your service appointment 48 Hours prior to your appointment date. However, if I am unable to reach you, and you do not reply back, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation.
